當歸我係炖雞, 依個時候唔飲行, 太補又燥,會爆瘡的, 要涼少少先可以炖~

正確係 [size=3]紅棗 ,龍眼肉,杞子 沖水飲, d水要熱d,焗15分鐘左右就可以喇,

做多D運動可能有幫助 虛呀..一定係成日歎冷氣攪到虛晒啦 我聽過哩d好似係叫冷氣病~仲好似女性特別易有架!!!
