近期熱捧的日式拉麵店．一風堂 (尖沙咀)

星期日晚我7點到拿籌...404號...那時才只叫至85號左右...跟著我便放心地行勻我久遺了的尖沙咀...

獨個兒血拼完一輪後...9點回來...才叫至200尾...哈哈...師兄都來了...再在新港中心逛尾站...

幸好在我之前的很多籌已放棄了...所以逛一大圈後再等一陣子就到我們了...

[font=Verdana]拉麵只有3款選擇...好一副正宗日本拉麵店的樣子...點拉麵的時候...侍者都會問你...麵條的軟硬preference...

[font=Verdana][font=Verdana]師兄的赤丸...加了少許辣油/醬的...另加了溫泉蛋...

[font=Verdana][font=Verdana][font=Verdana]我的白丸...即純豬骨湯底...加了另上的紫菜...

由於太餓的關係...端上來一影完相就開始怒扒...沒有影到麵條樣...其實是幼身的那款...很幼...但質感還好...

[font=Verdana][font=Verdana][font=Verdana][font=Verdana]但...有見到我那碗白丸內碗邊湯面的泡泡嗎...? 心想有少許不妙...吃一口就知了...麵的梘水味太重...那第一口有雲吞麵的錯覺...

還好整碗麵的其他方面可補救這點...叉燒是做得挺美味的...讚...湯底算濃...沒有味精喝後不適的感覺...但...就沒有衝動像在日本吃麵那樣...連湯也喝個夠...

除拉麵之外...menu還有很多其他的選擇...這點就不正宗了...

[font=Verdana][font=Verdana][font=Verdana][font=Verdana][font=Verdana]師兄篤了個什麼豆腐鍋...變了個韓式泡菜湯一樣...又是蠻辣的...豆腐碎碎的...份量很少...反而有很多麵碎...師兄打趣說...是否其他客人吃剩的麵碎或是廚房烚麵時走出來的麵碎都通通加進這鍋...因為麵的碎濕濕程度...確惹人懷疑...

Conclusion是再來的話...只會一人一碗麵...安份守己...

另...只計拉麵...價錢正常$6X...比起價錢相若的味叮拉麵...就一定選一風堂啦...provided that他們再開幾間分店又不用等傻的話...

其實如果可以食late dinner...around 9pm去到...都唔洗等好耐...

通常食"叫做正宗"嘅日本拉麵...我都會叫最簡單最basic嘅試吓先...^^...而且...我又唔好辣呢...
