點解會便秘架...
我平時去大便都冇咩問題..日日都有但呢排唔知點解冇啦啦去唔到...真係冇咩試過點解會冇啦啦咁既??我已經有飲奶食多d fruit但都唔ok呀..仲有咩方法 {:10:} 飲多D水, 食香蕉/西梅啦,好D架 食火龍果 飲酵素 食多D菠菜/香蕉 我都成日係咁 我係好多日都冇~(長期)
但日日都食水果菜好健康架喇已經~_~ 食多d''千'維食物 係咪飲水唔夠多???或者係燥熱咁??
