今晚既飯後甜品, 芒果布甸....真係好正呀 =^^=

今日整左我最愛食既芒果布甸,
之前成日出去買黎食,今日得閑搵到個食譜,原來好易整~ 仲好好味TIM ^^
連平時唔太愛食甜品既BF都讚好味 {:22:}


[b]材料及份量:
[/b]（4-5人份量）
芒果 1個（大）或更多
芒果啫喱粉 1盒
花奶 160g（即一罐細花奶）
滾水 150毫升
冰水 120毫升

[attach]5251[/attach]
1) 將啫喱粉放在大碗內，倒入滾水攪拌至完全溶解再加入冰水。

2) 將芒果切粒。

[attach]5253[/attach]
3) 將花奶倒入啫喱水中徹底拌勻。
[attach]5254[/attach]

4) 將芒果粒放入啫喱水中。(如用平時既啫喱杯可裝4杯, 我用左個大兜黎裝^^)

5) 放入雪櫃冷凍2-3小時即成。(真係好快做好,如果想快D凝固,可放係雪櫃上格一陣,再放下格,會快D :)

完成了 ^^ 真係好正呀, 啖啖都係芒果肉,D芒果又新鮮~ 自己整真係最好味 !{:21:}

[b]小貼士 ：

[/b]花奶倒入啫喱水中會有少少物質未能拌勻，所以冷藏前先用隔篩過濾，布甸的口感會滑很多。

    係呀, 佢個食譜係咁, 加左花奶真係同出邊食既一樣, 仲好味, 因為自己整D芒果新鮮D!

  唔係喎 我見證住佢加價  之不過佢間中特價先10蚊3盒咋~
佢由3蚊左右加到依家4蚊5蚊  一盒(冇特價)
