有冇咩方法可以舒緩m痛

女士們, 你地有冇d咩方法可以舒緩到m痛呀

我細細個黎m果時都冇痛ga...但係唔知點解...愈大愈痛

依家仲會痛到標哂冷汗...好辛苦咁....有冇d咩方法可以幫到我呀

或者食白鳳丸個類~

我都食過白鳳丸, 不過3至4日後, 塊面出晒瘡, 仲係挫瘡, 點解呢?

    有舒緩作用, 好似fu緊熱水袋咁,舒服好多

坐着用暖水袋都得, 不過公司就唔方便, 家裏用好D!

飲玫瑰花茶, 兩茶匙白沙糖開水都可舒援!

    我試過係公司m痛, 俾d男同事問咩事.
    同佢地講左佢地又唔明, 係咁話我係食錯野肚痛
    之後都費事同佢地解釋

    但係講極佢地都唔明, 又見到我標哂冷汗咁, 係咁對d白花油呀其他藥俾我食.
    最終未唯有講,諗住講左好d.
