茶餐廳奶茶 明年或加到$18杯??? 駛唔駛咁貴呀?!
【蘋果日報】供港食材價格不斷攀升，本港食肆提早在聖誕節爆發加價潮，翠華餐廳上周五起加價，平均加幅約 3%。餐飲聯業協會會長黃家和指出，最近三個月食材、糖奶調味料樣樣加，農曆新年前是另一波食肆加價高峯期，「茶餐廳奶茶出年可能要賣到 18蚊杯嘅歷史新高。」
翠華餐廳集團主席李遠康表示，餐廳上周五（ 17日）全線加價 1元，平均加幅約 3%，如魚蛋粉每碗加至 28元，加幅 3.7%；豬扒包加至 21元，加幅 5%；奶茶加至 15元，加幅 7.1%。
