問：需要親身到換領地點領取禮品嗎?
答：本人或代領人(包括親友或速遞公司)只需提供確認信正本，均可領取禮品。
Q: Do I need to pick up the gift in person?
A: Anyone (including friends or express company) who can present the original copy of the confirmation letter can pick up the gift.

問：禮品的重量為多少？
答：禮品包括三盒Chocola BB Drink Bit十支裝(每支50毫升，共30支)，重量大約2公斤。領取時放於限量版Chocola BB環保袋內，方便提取。
Q: What is the weight of the gift?
A: The gift includes 3 packs of Chocola BB Drink Bit 10-bottle pack (50ml per bottle, 30 bottles in total) which is around 2 kg. Upon pick-up, they are placed in the limited edition Chocola BB eco bag to facilitate collection.

問：必須於指定時間領取禮品？
答：由於是次活動反應熱烈，參加人數眾多，所以請各位務必根據信上指定的時段領取禮品，不便之處，敬請原諒。

A: As the response of this event is very good, the number of participant is remarkable, please kindly collect the gift at the specified period. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

答：如你已經登記但仍未收到確認信，請把用作登記之姓名、地址及電話發送至此粉絲專頁之郵箱，將有專人跟進。
