我想問新一代樓價咁高點買樓?
我想問依家樓價咁高, 其實我地呢d打工仔點樣有可能買樓呀?你地又對將來買樓或者樓市有咩目標同希望呀? 識個有錢人係最快既方法! (講笑) {:4_51:}
做下投資, 為自己資產增值~ 等個樓市快d跌 所以好多人住劏房, 搬入新界! 我打在N咁多年工..都仲未草到錢可以買樓..尤其呢幾年咁貴D樓...依家真係望佢樓價跌了~ 其實打工仔都可以買樓啫, 如果唔係依家有樓既唔通個個都係唔使打工既咩? 學歷唔高人工唔高, 真係好難儲到錢買樓~ 打工仔好難儲錢買樓 要適當投資 有閑$會攞去投資, 正係靠份人工好難, 開資又大,依家咩都貴... 我都覺好難買樓呀..
所以可以結左婚都會住係bf屋企,,

25年之後未退休, 都OK啦, 唔夠錢惟有係甘, 25年都唔想供唔使諗買樓, 租屋都要錢啦, 咪當租lo, 租完有層樓law番, 算係甘ga la [quote]回復 catloveyouemily
