自製日式栗子冬菇雞肉煲仔飯

人氣私房菜創意總廚容煒彬教大家炮製熱辣辣的「日式栗子冬菇煲仔飯」,師傅特意在珍珠米當中加入昆布,令煲仔飯散發獨特香氣。而雞肉需要先輕輕爆香至三成熟,再加入煲仔飯,可以保持肉質嫩滑。
