有營仙人掌

根據註冊營養師所講，仙人掌含有維他命A、B1、B2、B3、C、胡蘿蔔素、鋅和鈣等二十多種營養元素，以及上千種有益的化合物，可增強人體免疫能力外，還有助降低血糖、血脂等功效。
仙人掌嫩片可以榨汁，至於較成熟的肉則可用來煲湯，加入甘筍、雜豆（紅豆、綠豆、黃豆、腰豆和蠶豆）、蜜棗、豬月展煲成湯，味道有點像冬瓜豬肉湯，不妨一試。

鮮榨仙人掌汁，味道如一杯無味苦瓜汁，帶有濃濃草青味，今次加入青蘋果汁，甜甜
