花膠煲雞~!(簡單又好味~)

材料:
花膠 2-3隻[attach]492[/attach]<-我用左3隻
杞子 10-20粒
乾瑤柱 2粒 [attach]498[/attach]
雞(通常D人用成隻/半隻雞, 不過我鐘意用雞脾~) 雞脾2大隻(真係好大隻)..
薑 5-6片
蔥粒 半碗
整法::
1. 花膠要早一晚用清水浸, 上網睇有D人話要換下水,,所以我都換左幾次
2. D花膠浸軟左, 就滚水+薑片+蔥粒用黎出水D花膠同雞脾 [attach]497[/attach]
3. 花膠切片.
4. 乾瑤柱同杞子都要洗洗佢~
5. 一大煲水+出左水既花膠,雞脾+乾瑤柱+杞子一齊慢火煲2個鐘,煲左一個鐘之後就加D salt,試味,add到覺得ok
(我會唔落太多salt, 清甜d)
(有高溫/壓力煲,可以煲左一個鐘就放入佢,由佢焗)
