薑蔥蠔

調味料: 蠔油、鹽、糖、生抽、胡椒粉
製作方法:
蠔首先要汆水,之後盛起來用廚房紙吸乾水份
蠔灑上生粉
蠔油加入水,少許鹽、糖、紹興酒、生抽和胡椒粉,拌勻成調味料,備用
燒熱油鍋,爆香薑片和蒜茸
將蠔落鑊,煎至兩邊金黃色
加入蔥段,倒入調味料,蓋上鑊蓋一會
最後打芡便可
