自製健康彩虹千層麵

林少寧師傅教大家炮製健康的「彩虹千層闊麵」,使用紅菜頭、紅椒、甘荀、黃椒、青椒、翠玉瓜等多款蔬菜,除了營養豐富外,賣相色彩繽紛,令人更有食慾。
