自家製蜜汁燒脆鱔

林少寧師傅示範炮製惹味菜式「蜜汁燒脆鱔」,師傅提醒大家要用胡椒粉去除泥味,另外燒白鱔前要先用竹簽穿起,防止外皮變形和保持肉汁。
