有冇sis識踩單車??

有冇sis識踩單車? 點樣學會易D呢?? 有附助轆既車, 定係有人扶住好d?
因為我唔識踩, 依家想學. 琴晚試左一陣, 但係仲未學識{:50:}

識牙, 不過唔叻.. 我果時係因為一大班大話去踏單車, THEN 我果時都唔太識, 有一個我好憎既人話要教我, THEN 可能激起左我既潛能< 為左唔想比佢教, 就突然識左喇

小學仲用輔助轆的, 升中暑期試踏矮的2轆單車, 放膽的就學識了! 好爽架!

我都唔識架，十幾年前中學都有同朋友去踩過
另外有個fd都唔識，但係佢炒過一次車就識左
但係我唔夠，我好驚跌，所以最終都係學唔成

其實我都好鍾意踩單車，覺得好好玩，但係真係好怕跌

一開始係用附助轆,
不過我係自己試下試下, 跌下跌下就識啦.

我覺得, 你一開始, 應該choose一架單車係可以雙腳掂到地既,
等你個心唔會成日驚住跌到會痛. 當你覺得自己要跌既時候, 就雙腳掂地再試過.
唔好握到咁實, 咁樣只會令你更緊張.

其實好易架咋~ 你慢慢尼, 唔係急, 唔洗驚就OK啦~ :)

之後拆左佢搵呀爸教
教左兩日就識左
其實最緊要係你唔好驚
要平衡到
就算跌都唔怕
跌下跌下就知到點樣先唔會跌
有信心就可以學得識架喇:)

我自己就岩岩學…唔係好叻…
我覺得最緊要搵個直路既地方試，感受下係單車上前進既感覺
若果係彎路學會難d學識，因為轉彎個感覺好麻煩架~
最緊要唔好驚~因為一驚就真係會跌！經驗之談呀~
唔驚一路踩落去反而就好快學識同埋無事~
但係一驚就…
----
ps 學踩單車真係要跌下，驚整親既話sis著定個d防護野啦…同埋一定要帶埋處理傷口既工具~十成9用得著
