鮮味彈牙羊肚菌海蔘釀蝦膠

中秋節將近,伍嘉琦師傅教大家炮製有特色又健康的團圓菜式「羊肚菌海參釀蝦膠」,伍師傅特別仔細分享處理海參的方法。滑溜厚身的海參吸收了羊肚菌獨特的香味,再加上彈牙的蝦膠,連名廚Jacky Yu都大讚菜式味道一流。
