辦公室Yes man! VS Say No人 (下)
在工作間裡沒有人喜歡被稱為Yes man!，也不喜歡跟Yes man為伍。但面對凡事都說No的同事或者上司，也是同樣不好過。有人認為說No總好過Say yes，因為在弱肉強食的辦公室內，很容易人善人欺。然而，說No至少可以保護自己，免被佔便宜。不過，做Say No人的效果，真的會好過Yes Man？如果，世上只有兩個選擇，你喜歡當「Yes」還是「No」？你喜歡說「不」嗎？做Yes man兩面不討好，同樣凡事說「不」的人也不見得很受歡迎。Jim Carey飾演的 電影《Yes man》，他認為「說不」是不會有差錯到哪去的。表面上「拒絕」包含了自我保護的思想。正所謂「少做少錯，不做不錯」，對任何事都不會立即應承情況下，就令自己損失減少，也不會讓別人「執痛腳」。這個自保的做法好像可以得到保障，但卻是一種消極的做法，且違反了現代管理學，常提倡的Team Work。同事們都是自掃門前雪，既不能增加公司生產力，也不能提升個人能力
說「不」要勇謀兼備
同事與同事之間互相說不，上司跟下屬說不，這樣的公司還能運作嗎？正所謂：「水能載舟亦能覆舟」，若能在適當時候、場合懂得說：「不」，其發揮的效果將會很大。特別在brain storming的腦震盪會議上，說「不」總好過說「對」
當公司要求在會議上提出不同的聲音時，默不作聲或者做應聲虫，並不會受到歡迎。尤其在外國及講究現代化管理公司，會希望各員工提出有建設性的意見，不同的構思，跟管理層辯論出最好的行動方法。集思廣益就是brain storming的重點，勇於表達個人觀點，能有助提升大家在心目中的個人形象。當然，每間公司的管理文化都有不同，家長式管治的公司，他們會認為服從比發表意見更重要。
沒有永遠的「對」
老闆或者上司都是人，所以做決定時不可能沒有出錯的機會，所以當你明知道決策出現錯誤，就要勇於提出反對，以履行本身的責任。或許，最後沒有接納你的意見，也能問心無愧。
當然，有老闆會認為權威比對與錯來得更重要，提出強烈反對時有可能觸怒管理層。正是「忠言逆耳」要留意說話的技巧及場合，例如避免在公開場合質疑管理層的決定。
Say No的原則
不主動、合情合理
跟做Yes Man 一樣，當你說不的時候，也要遵守一些原則，否則變成逢事必反，惹人討厭。跟Say Yes的情況剛好相反，說不要處於被動的狀態。先考慮本身是否能夠應付工作，並向說出拒絕的原因，讓對方了解。
不濫用
要謹記「責無旁貸」四個字，是自己職責的工作，就不可以說「不」。在工作範圍以外的事雖然有權拒絕，但是抱著願意「蝕底」的心態去幫助同事或者上司，或許帶來意外的收獲。如遇過份的要求，完全不能接受的工作才能Say No來應用。 say yes Yes Man 有冇上 Say Yes, 後跟句得閒先! 我通常都默不作聲... 如果永遠SAY YES,
