1.)保持清潔啦
2.)做愛要帶套啦! (因為你都唔知條仔係咪帶菌者 就算條仔係處 都有機會係帶菌者 因為條仔本身衛生唔好 都一樣會帶有依隻菌..只要帶左套 好多病都可以避免!)
3.)做完愛1定要用水沖乾淨 先好去訓
4.)如果條件可以既話 小便完最好都用水沖下
我覺得做好依4樣 隻菌好難返轉頭架啦!!
