因為佢地真係check得好嚴,無辦法公司 Policy係咁 , CX果邊就鬆小小, OVER 3-4KG都勉強OK
不過幫你地check in 果幾個staff 又真係幾串咀, 你有無投訴佢地 ? 估唔到 Qantas 服務咁差....

check得好嚴唔緊要, 我地都知超重要罰錢, 係諗住gp check in, 有幾個fd係有成10kg left, HK個時agent拎個list過去check名已經OK, 因為fd C去個程都已經係超左. 無諗到無agent係度就俾人為難. 我都超左少少, 但可能同個staff吹下水, 幾friendly甘, 佢就話: that's ok, 唔使我俾錢, 跟住旁邊個個超5kg都無問題, so我以為d fd會無事
