9成人唔識揀牙刷?
92%市民唔知正確挑選牙刷觀 牙醫呼籲5方法選好牙刷很多人都以為自己懂得如何挑牙刷，不過最近根據一個「消費者牙刷選購大調查*」卻發現，被調查的市民當中，擁有錯誤觀念或不知道的比例高達92% 。沒有正確挑選牙刷觀念的市民中，高達86%有口腔問題。可見選購一把好牙刷有多重要，以為天天刷牙就沒問題嗎? 其實搞不好牙齒越刷越糟，刷出毛病來
調查發現市民主要選牙刷的錯誤包括：
-「便宜最重要！」75%的消費者將售價作為挑選牙刷的重要考量，不重視牙刷的品質。
-「硬的才刷得乾淨！」刷毛過硬易使琺瑯質受損，其中就有64%的消費者出現敏感性牙齒的徵兆。
-「刷毛間距夠密才能把牙齒通通都刷到」6成以上的消費者堅信刷毛密才能刷得仔細，殊不知選用過密刷毛的反倒容易堆積細菌！
-「刷毛尖才能刷進牙縫！」63%的消費者認為選用尖刷毛才能刷乾淨牙縫，其中87%的消費者因尖刷毛狂戳牙齦而導致有牙齦受傷、發炎的問題。

對此，牙科專家指出，選用牙刷不當，影響牙齒健康甚鉅：輕微者，牙齒磨耗、蛀牙變色有礙美觀；嚴重者，牙齒可能斷裂，影響咀嚼與營養攝取，對身體健康而言影響甚鉅，千萬不可小覷。
