自製泰式燒豬頸肉配青木瓜沙律

食譜作家凌璣教大家自製「泰式燒豬頸肉配青木瓜沙律」,首先用醃汁醃製豬頸肉,之後將豬頸肉烤十五至二十分鐘,然後再製作沙律的醬汁,加入配料和青木瓜絲撈勻,就大功告成。
