扁平足

鞋用一段時間, 有冇發現鞋踭蝕了一邊? 會點補救?

想走路腳掌用力均勻些, 可放一塊毛巾在腳下,
慢慢用腳趾輕輕向內略抓緊毛巾, 放鬆, 每次做 30 下!

走路用力不均有關, 對鞋踭好快蝕,

以前在 Mr. Kong 有機 check, 現在不知有沒有了!

我係向外斜, 有時鞋底好似蝕咗一窟咁, 行路都不舒服!

試過拿對鞋去釘鞋碼。

去D專門店 check 下, 訂做個合適鞋墊, 墊吓足弓位, 希望可矯正一吓!

用平版那些沒幫助的...

都係呀, 嚴重時行路易拗柴, 所以揀鞋底質不易磨蝕的鞋, 行返平D好D架!

如果對鞋好鐘意會去裝鞋碼弄平鞋踭, 著耐D, 補唔到的唯有買過對了!

以前一邊斜深D, 唔平衡, 鞋踭蝕到好似凹咗邊咁...

sketcher 鞋底幾好, 用好耐都冇斜, 淨蝕咗少少... 行得幾平 ^^

諗起D返學鞋真係斜蝕得好勁, 可能鞋底的質料比較鬆軟吧!

我冇用好多年喇，都冇乜惡化，係揀鞋要小心d，因為好多鞋都冇乜承托力，除左對腳好易攰，對腰骨都唔好

現在懂得自己控制行路力度平均D, 都沒大問題! 有D人真係天生行路好平, 對鞋 keep 得好好!

鞋踭斜得嚴重時, 對腳易拗易倦外, 個背有D攰攰地...

兩年前因為腳痛去睇醫生至知原來我係扁平足, 不過依家至知原來對鞋成日蝕埋一邊係因為扁平足. tks你既資料啊!

睇中醫還是西醫呢? 我以前踭斜得厲害, 經常要去釘鞋碼, 對鞋唔好睇之餘, 行路仲各各聲响!

鞋踭太薄冇被震力, 應該至少半吋踭! 間中穿吓高踭鞋咁!
