    我覺得係講一個人, 我個人覺得佢係講緊千嬅自己 呢家變左一隻火鳥... 這歌詞是林夕送給千嬅的，林夕想送給千嬅勇氣，正能量，重新踏上音樂之旅。

搵到有人咁講:::

歌詞的第一句，「掃去記憶裡的鴻毛 逃離未蒸發的薄霧 」。有時我們有很多不愉快的事，
但我們只要細想一下，這些只是輕於鴻毛，薄於霧。很有意思的一句，「近鏡的一切化為長鏡 閉目 然後 微笑」。
很多時候，我們總是聚焦於一點，聚焦於不開心的地方，就像近鏡一樣。但我們只要像相機的拉遠近功
，把事物化作長境，你會發現其實這世界很大，之前聚焦的地方實在太少。頓時，
你便會發覺當初的煩惱傷感是多麼無謂，然後像歌詞般「閉目然後微笑」

「曾經 盲目到望晚空等黃昏 麻木到願發生的蠢事持續發生 床前無明燈 提示每日重新做人 我不變 怎改變一個人
如像火鳥在洪爐內花瓣在懸崖上躍下才可再生」這段是歌詞最重要的部份，亦是林夕想向千嬅表達的。
每個人，一定有迷失的時間，不知道如何走下去的時候，那時沒有人幫到自己，沒有明燈的指引，
什至使周遭的人為你擔心。但在這時候，請想「世上沒有解決不到的問題」，只要自己找出問題的根源，
不選擇逃避，有火鳥打不死的精神，我深信問題是可以解決的。林夕，認為千嬅是很多人的精神之柱，
能影響很多人的想法。若千嬅也迷失，是會令很多歌迷擔心「我不變 怎改變一個人」，
所以林夕希望她改變，很谷底彈起，火鳥般重新「如像火鳥在洪爐內花瓣在懸崖上躍下才可」。
最後，我們看到千嬅做到了。她好像火鳥般回來我們的身邊，相信她有這個勇氣，一定是花了很大的苦功。
「從頭細數命運由甚麼鑄成 心境每秒在註釋生命」，她再次在她音樂路上進發，但這是另一個楊千嬅。
因為她有更多的人生練歷，她希望透過她的音樂去說她的故事，帶能量給予眾樂迷。「今天火鳥在洪爐外飛舞在懸崖上看雲裡有星」
k仔認為，這些星星便是代表歌迷們，是你們一直給予楊千嬅鼓勵，像一棵星引領她繼續走下去
