做早餐或者下午茶都okay{:1:}
.但係晚餐可能有啲唔夠飽.好快又會想食野 有見過E兩隻.不過唔敢試 係咪得~~我都想知 3餐食一定WORK 有試過食麥皮減肥~ 試過..但唔係3餐..果陣真係冇咩力..-.- 兩隻味都幾好食,但係我冇用黎減肥呀,口痕又唔係太肚餓就會食..{:13:} 好多人都食麥皮減肥 我返學時食oat做早餐就忍到口
食到少d野~ 但放假就唔得了><

Agree ^^ 甜甜地我都想試下 晏就.同夜晚會唔夠飽.
我覺得都係早餐或者下午茶時間會比較好 好似唔好既
