點提升集中力??

如題  因為下年AL
暑假都是在自修室努力溫書備戰
但唔知點解哩兩日溫唔到書
我係喪食  去買左幾盒好立克果d麥芽糖呢
實在忍唔住一個多鐘頭(其實係早上)
就食哂左=_=但溫書時又不停咁釣魚喎

sis  有咩d咩方法可以提升集中力????  thanks!><

:( 已經盡量放鬆左~~~
得間眼訓都唔會迫自己,要開眼做
我會訓訓訓有時悶悶地又會過隔離用一陣電腦~

or你溫左你自己最鐘意既科先
等自己有左興趣先

其實又唔係話討厭溫書~
但只不過可能平時溫完但test又fail
搞到好frustrated

我會一打開書覺得好悶,冇乜心機搵
但當有自己鐘意既野就會覺得好好得意,
就會係咁睇!
不過al既野係難,test要合格都唔易呢.....

我差唔多每日都有去修室溫~
不過可能需要一個好d既timetable
把每科溫既時間分得平衡d@@
