法國頂級鞋履名師 Christian Louboutin設計的鞋子，深得女星名媛歡心，章子怡、劉嘉玲、「碧咸嫂」維多利亞都是捧場客，愛它的性感嬌媚，也愛它的難以駕馭。 Louboutin最近向女士們的腳力宣戰，以芭蕾舞鞋作藍本，設計出一款 8吋高的高跟鞋，腳踭向天，腳尖指地，讓人欣賞的意味較濃，真的要穿出街，難度極高。

這對絲質綴滿施華洛世奇水晶的高踭鞋，是 Louboutin為做善事而設計，希望能在拍賣會上賣得 5萬鎊（ 62萬港元），以資助被英國藝術委員會大幅削資 200萬鎊（ 2,491萬港元）的英國國家芭蕾舞團。芭蕾舞團僱有 65名舞蹈員以及交響樂團，一旦經費不足，會被迫減少演出。
