全球最噁食物評選皮蛋奪第一

皮蛋是常見的平民美食，不過，在CNN 的網站上卻被評選為全球最噁心食物第一名，因為皮蛋「外型怪異，味道嚇人」，其他像是韓國狗肉，柬埔寨的炸狼蛛也都榜上有名，這個結果，讓不少喜愛皮蛋的老饕們大抱不平。

古早味十足的皮蛋地瓜葉，獨特口感的皮蛋芒果冰沙，不管鹹的甜的，不少人就愛這一味，但CNN網站，卻把皮蛋列為「全球最噁心食物」，還說「像放有一世紀的蛋」，試吃的記者更寫道「實在是太糟了，就像是魔鬼煮的蛋」，這個結果，讓老饕們大抱不平。

講到皮蛋的好，懂的人實在是說不完，但其實皮蛋之所以名列第一，就是因為聞起來怪怪的。

為了讓蛋黃軟嫩軟嫩，外皮Ｑ彈有勁，皮蛋在製作過程中，得加入氫氧化鈉，茶葉，鹽等材料，經過化學作用，會產生氨基酸，散發出一種類似阿磨尼亞的臭味。

除了皮蛋，CNN網站列出的全球最噁心食物，還有菲律賓樹蟲，南韓的狗肉，柬埔寨的炸狼蛛，泰國炒蟬等，不過，這些CNN公民記者票選最噁心的食物，對很多當地人來說，可是人間美味呢。

生皮蛋有少少梘水味,可能外國人受唔到. 而且見到個顏色咁怪,覺得好核突卦..
我好鍾意食皮蛋架,尤其是塊皮,好好味呀~

可能正如我地睇其他國家食昆蟲, 覺得好驚嚇, 但人地覺得係美食一樣

但1佢個taste ok既~
