    我成日都覺得補濕mask都係last得一日半日...入唔倒裡面...

    所以都係要多d飲水,少飲凍野, 我就會習慣每日早上飲一杯蜜糖水~ 真係幾好架~ 之前我皮膚乾呀媽成日咁教我,原來真係好掂架~

我用regene果隻透明質酸原液呀,佢塗o塊面到,好保濕鎖水呀~~

    唔會呀,, 真蜜一定唔會,因為蜂蜜係清熱潤燥架wor@@出邊街買果ｄ可能會，因為佢既糖份太高∼

    我果ｄ係百花蜜黎，我老豆自己有個細蜂場，每又都打到蜂蜜∼　所以１００%天然我先飲 ^^　同埋沖蜜糖水一定唔可以用熱水沖，會變酸的＠＠

    係呀,佢自己養左成10箱蜜,每年都有收成^^ 都係送比d親戚朋友同自己食, 出邊買100%真蜜真係好貴架~  不過出邊蜂埸都有可能加少少糖~
