夏天飲食注意吃冰不傷身的秘訣

夏天到了，這個顯而易見的事實，很多人在炎熱的天氣裏喪失了食欲，什麼食物都引不起他們進食的興趣。但是，對於冰冰涼的各種飲料和小食，我相信喜歡的人有大把。大家都覺得吃冰鎮的東西有益身心，特別你想想，古代可是只有達官貴人才能享受冰鎮西瓜的待遇，現在我們一個小老百姓就能在街頭隨便吃到這麼好的食物，大家能不敞開肚皮吃得盡興麼！但是，當你在享受口腹之欲的同時，可能很多毛病也就這樣吃出來了……
夏天豔陽高照天氣熱，紫外線指數經常破表，人體為了散熱，自然會有一些反應與行為，長時間下來就養成了習慣，包括愛吹冷氣、愛喝冰水以及懶得防曬等，但這些習慣其實對身體有害，不做些改變的話，冬天就不好過啰！
走在炎炎日頭下，汗就像是泉水一般湧出，相信任誰都會想來上一杯冰涼飲料暢飲一番，不過大口暢飲的快感之後，恐怕頭痛就會隨之而來，且連肩頸酸痛、經痛，都逃不過。
很多人夏天的時候，水要喝冰過的、點心要吃剉冰或是冰淇淋、果汁也要冰砂，連喝個咖啡也要加上冰塊的冰咖啡，雖然心裏也知道有「吃冰有害健康」這一說，但還是忍不住想要吃冰解熱的欲望。
專家表示，很多人常會以為中醫觀念古老且不科學，或是舉出反證「外國人吃冰當家常便飯，還有冷湯料理，也沒吃出毛病」，其實這是個人體質的問題，每個人對冰的耐受力不同，事實上據他臨床所見，因為痛經而就診的患者之中，血瘀型痛經患者，十之八九，都和吃冰有關。
