牛肉係咪真係好毒 ? 對皮膚唔好 ?
如題.. 我又唔覺得係WOW 其實主要係令皮膚增加色素,可能會出斑,
不過呢D問題唔係人人都會有
適量既牛肉對身體好 我只係聽過食得太多肉係對skin唔好 未聽過, 我反而覺得牛肉既營養價值高d ,好過豬肉囉~ 係掛，因為我聽D人講整親唔好食。如果唔係會發 [quote]未聽過, 我反而覺得牛肉既營養價值高d ,好過豬肉囉~

有呀，話左戒但又一直戒唔到，間唔中又食返! 唔係掛勁中意 又唔覺得 中醫角度絕對係毒....仲有鵝, 糯米等等.... 緊係啦,對皮膚唔好架^^ 聽聞係,牛肉好似比較毒
我宜家都食少左好多
