飲用豆漿有四忌

很多人喜歡以豆漿佐油條、燒餅等食品，作為早餐。豆漿
固然營養，但有下列情況應注意。

一、忌裝在保溫瓶：豆漿容易使保溫瓶?的水垢脫落，放置
時間一長，細菌在其中生長繁殖，豆漿易變質；再食用，
可能有害無益。

二、忌在豆漿中沖入雞蛋：雞蛋中的粘液性蛋白與豆漿中
的胰蛋白結合後，反而會失去原有的營養成份。

三、忌食生豆漿：如果豆漿未煮熟就食用，會引起中毒，食
用者在食後五分鐘開始嘔吐，並有噁心、腹瀉、頭痛等症狀。

四、忌喝得太多：豆漿中有大量的植物蛋白，一次喝得太多，
會引起消化不良，出現腹脹及腹瀉。

唔會, 因為用來伴的穀物早餐都有糖,

落糖又留不耐...
