Carousel餅店——小巧糕餅 賣相可愛
[i=s] 本帖最後由 sandyh 於 2011-6-25 12:18 AM 編輯 [/i]餅店位處商場4樓專用電梯入口處，各式糕餅均設有whole cake（$220起/磅）及細件裝（$28起/件）。除了外賣，亦可堂食（另加一服務費），下午時分點選蛋糕及咖啡，於空中花園欣賞黃昏海景，是不錯享受。
店內超過20款蛋糕包括心形的草莓芝士蛋糕、蜜糖藍莓慕絲蛋糕及白朱古力荔枝蛋糕等，而當中圓球形的朱古力香蕉波，屬鎮店招牌作。朱古力香蕉波，名字與賣相一樣可愛，不規則的朱古力慕絲外層，包裹香蕉及海綿蛋糕，設whole cake及迷你西餅兩款大小，當中whole cake如一顆巨型麥提莎，賣相精巧獨特。
招牌菜：朱古力香蕉波（$32）、蜜糖藍莓芝士蛋糕（$28）
