有冇人試過為左減肥真係節食+做運動?
我同我一個小學同學都有我now都有跑步keep住個shape
好多同學都只係試過節食
最後當然放棄同好快反彈 冇試過節食, 我一肚餓就頭暈, haha~~ 我有呀! 食少左,食清淡左. 其實個胃係會習慣架! 如果食少左,慢慢就慣,自然食少d都會飽

骨架大都幾慘架! 幾瘦都覺得佢好大份 只係節食咋 我之前都有keep住跑步
但夏天一到唔想出咁多汗
