贊唔贊成強制公屋富戶交回公屋單位

增加入息上限, 等多的人合資格, 如果都超標係富戶, 應強制性收回單位, 唔應該雙倍租了事, 依家公屋減免兩個月租佢地都有份又攞$6000, 佢地攞咗幾多重優惠, 私樓租金起碼係富戶雙倍既double, 減免又無份, 都唔知咩政策.

我估佢地的居屋大約私樓七成價錢, 應該抽中都買唔起, 唔會晒錢, 公屋既入息上限根本唔合時宜, 下世有機會做人至唸排唔排隊啦

咁如果我有資格上公屋我就會儲上公屋既分了...不過依家咁既入息限制, 根本無乜人上到..

我覺得既係佢地都有權選擇在那居住既..
政府唔可以用迫既手段黎叫佢地讓出單位
可以要考慮下定哩d優惠時要諗下會否唔比佢地果份~

公屋既原意係助貧, 如果妳咁講佢地可以選擇霸佔單位就應交回市值租金同無優惠.
