   只要佢地交出,, 同重新更新住屋政策...就會好好改善市市民居住問題 *

    入住後應該係一年內特擊檢查評審, 無理由一入住就可以變富戶, 一定之前有所隱瞞, 即時沒收加處罰, 之後就3-5年複審, 將富戶分三級, 一級既企界, 可以接受雙倍租減福利, 二級要交市值租同限期遷出, 三級超級富戶要交罰租(如市值雙倍之類)兼且要短時間內遷出沒收單位.
