但我見依家d人多數買返自己間公屋,又平又住慣.. 未必會住住下公屋走去住居屋..
我諗公屋同居屋都要起,for唔同階層o既人

d人係咁架啦! 個個都淨係諗自己層樓值幾錢,係咪負資產.. 其實如果唔賣樓o既話,負資產根本就唔存在
樓價唔係升就跌架啦! 跌o個時如果你有錢,咪買多間囉!

最早咪房署, 跟住房協, 新的貴的咪私人發展商, 佢地攞政府補貼兼都係賣貴
