派錢安排今公布 18歲線定明年3月

【明報專訊】政府今日公布向18歲以上港人派6000元的詳細安排和時間表，當中包括將年滿18歲的界線，畫在2012年3月31日，讓更多市民受惠。當局爭取7月8日向立法會財務委員會申請撥款，然後分階段為市民登記。
政府傾向以「先長後幼」分階段為市民登記，最快8月底開始接受登記，財經事務及庫務局今日全面交代派錢詳情。當局早前表示，計劃有兩個方案替市民登記，包括按身分證號碼或按身分證出生年份，把合資格者分批登記。政府主要透過銀行派錢給市民，沒有銀行戶口可用支票方式。
