南乳燒鱈魚

製作方法:
- 鱈魚扒加上南乳、糖、米酒、湯皇、蒜茸醃一小時
- 燒熱油溫至適中,將醃好的魚扒放入鑊炸,
- 剩下的南乳汁,加生粉水煮成汁
- 魚扒炸好撈起,瀝油上碟
