製作方法:
- 爆香乾草菇,加南乳略炒,再加水煮汁,加鹽和蜜糖調味
- 塗足夠南乳汁在腐皮上,之後將腐皮摺成長條形,用牙籤穿好封口
- 封好口後,放入約七成熱的油溫炸熟腐皮,脹起的地方要刺穿,炸好撈起
- 將腐皮斬件上碟便可
- 用糖和醋煮糖醋汁,可淋上腐皮或蘸醬食用
