[p=30, 2, left]30歲的高太正計劃懷孕，並於家計會作初步檢查。丈夫高先生接受精液分析，結果顯示其精液樣本內找不到精子。夫婦兩人感到絕望，不知如何是好!

斷症[/b]
精子質量會隨身體狀況改變而有差異。如首次精液分析不正常，男方需隔1至3個月再作檢查以診斷
其精子問題。而懷疑無精症患者，其精液樣本需經實驗室特别處理後，在顯微鏡下覆驗並確實精液中沒有精子，才可斷症。[/p][img=310,0]http://l.yimg.com/bt/api/res/1.2/HgMwTGy4iloVcq8cNPbpbA--/YXBwaWQ9eW5ld3M7cT04NTt3PTMxMA--/http://media.zenfs.com/256/2011/06/08/reprodec-1_003348.jpg[/img]



現今輔助生育技術發展先進，部份無精症患者仍可利用自己的精子孕育小孩。但大前題是能從患者的睪丸或副睪丸中抽取到活躍的精子，並採用微型注射法將單一精子直接注射進卵子內，以助卵子受精。

原因
無精症之成因可能是精子的製造或輸送過程出了問題。無精症患者需經泌尿科醫生評估以確定其成因。若屬精子的輸送問題(如輸精管阻塞)，泌尿科專家或會建議以手術方法於男性的睪丸切開一個小口取出精子或用顯微手術於副睪取精。

但若屬於睪丸衰竭而無法製造精蟲者，他們只能依賴別人捐贈的精子來受孕或領養小孩。無精症患者如需確診睪丸衰竭，泌尿科專家或會進行睪丸切片分析，藉此得知於精子製造過程中那一階段出了問題。
以高先生的情况，應先覆驗精液以確診是否患有無精症。斷症後需約見泌尿科醫生以檢查其成因。生命由一精一卵開始，只要能取得一條精蟲，仍然是有希望的!
