有無人識整西米露阿?
可唔可以教下我?or 比link我都可以架~ths!! 水煲滾(要好多水,at least西米既幾倍,因為煲煲下會冇左好多)
加西米,不時攪攪佢,如果唔係會痴底,煲5-10mins到透明or差唔多透明哂
搵個"篩"(要載到西米,d水流到走),西米連d水倒落去,同時用凍水勁沖佢...(如果唔係佢會痴住)
未用d西米果陣要用凍水浸住~
跟住就煲另一煲水,水滾就落冰糖,溶哂就加入椰汁,鮮奶同西米,滾就搞掂~
我係咁整囉...
不過我次次整d份量都是但落,整到好味就得.ha..
上網搵到既:
材料:
西米 60g
椰汁 1罐 (小) 165ml
鮮奶 165ml
水 4碗 (1L)
