但係廚藝又唔係好高

好易架咋,
拎出黎落少少鹽同胡椒粉調味,
之後兩面印麵粉,
用易潔獲唔駛落油,
(因為佢會自己出油,所以要用麵粉鎖住)
用中細火煎香兩面就得,
超簡單,又好味~~

本身覺得幾香, 肥 fd 連壽上面的鵝肝醬都話怕有膽固朜, 想食死佢咁話!

而且記得唔可以太大火,
因為出油出得好快,
無拍粉&大火會變左餓肝仔...
一啖就無左....

所以記得拍麵粉同中~細火,
有d麵粉仲會易d煎~~~
反而調味唔記得落都無所謂,
我上次都唔記得左落

煎完一面記得倒左獲裡面d油先好煎另一面,
會靚好多~~

我鍾意蘋果醋多D~
整熱D黑醋之後再落少少蘋果落去就OK,
唔要蘋果加蜜糖又得。
又快又方便
西梅果個我未試過~~
