豆奶同豆漿既分別?

如題  我成日都分唔到兩者之間有咩分別~
豆漿聞落去好似重豆味多d?
同埋我知豆漿係豆+糖加水整~
咁豆奶呢??  x思寶果d係加左calcium架喎 咁佢係咪有牛奶成份架??
大家知唔知有咩分別?>??
btw,,
我較喜歡飲豆奶  所以成日都會買豆奶煮麥皮~
好好食^v^~~~

    豆奶冇鮮奶牛奶果D既成分架@@
    所以對鮮奶敏感既人係可以飲豆奶, 唔會肚痛
