突發事件取消的旅行團旅行社扣交通費才退款
旅遊業議會發出新指引，七月一日起，旅行社在迫不得已下取消的旅行團，而航空公司、鐵路及郵輪公司，不退票，旅行社可在團費扣除相關交通費後，才退回餘款給顧客。旅議會總幹事董耀中說，旅行社早前因日本大地震而取消的旅行團，部份航空公司拒絕退票，旅行社要承擔過百萬的交通費，議會因此決定批准旅行社在類似情況下退款時，可先扣除交通費開支。消委會認為，議會將取消旅行團的風險轉嫁消費者，並不合理。消委會又醒團友，即使在出團前已購買保險，並不是所有未能成行的團友都會獲得保險賠償，要視乎保單的條款。

因為旅行社唔想負責任囉, 同埋想賺多的囉 車費水腳好難知道當地有冇得退款同怎樣扣, 任佢講都得啦!
