patpat墮皮…
日日坐office…除左坐到patpat大,仲要坐到佢而家好墮…好似日日都坐住兩個cushion咁,沖完涼照一照鏡真係覺得我接受唔倒囉~~我知我知,唔做運動一定無得改變,但我呢d OL真係無時間做運動~放工都想抖抖啦~又唔想做機,負擔唔起啊,同埋咪一樣要時間去美容院~~~sis你地有無其他方法? 我都覺呀,patpat真係墮左,一D都唔挺,慘啦 去美容院做應該唔平 呢個位好難搞~日日都坐 好難攪喎 不過要做應該做咩運動先岩?
