食到好悶…
[p=30, 2, left][font="][size=10pt]朋友介紹減肥食燕麥[/size][/font][font="][size=10pt]…[/size][/font][/p][font="][size=10pt]燕麥唔係唔好食[/size][/font][font="][size=10pt], [/size][/font][font="][size=10pt]不過真係食到好悶呀[/size][/font][font="][size=10pt]![/size][/font] 唉~減肥真係好辛~苦~ 食三四餐都厭LA... 我都唔鐘意食燕麥 好快會食厭 做下運動 ,均衝飲食仲好啦,日日食一定悶 ~ 我就唔鍾意就咁食麥皮, 要用朱古力煮至會食...不過要減肥既話就真係要辛苦D了... 好明白你既感受...我食多過三餐都已經想放棄啦...>.<
所以而家決定做運動減肥~
咁就唔使個味覺受苦了~^^ 我早餐都日日食~ 加D生果, 又或者唔同既材料都可以好多唔同款! 減肥既話, 真係再難食都要堅持落去! [quote]好明白你既感受...

穀物有不同口味揀, 生果, 果仁... 有d都幾好食呀!
自己就吃幾天又吃幾天麵包間住食, 轉吓口味... 減肥當然緊要啦, 但其實佢對身體都係好既
我而家係早餐同午餐食, 夜晚食小小就算啦

嗰D煮朱古力唔可以就咁食架, 一定要煮至得, 如果唔係無味道架... 加蜜糖好好味!!!
有時就係想減肥, 所以逼住要落skim milk, 連低脂都唔得, 搞到淡mil mil ><

我一時時啦~ 有牛奶or豆奶咪加落去囉~ 我之前食過隻紅棗味ge,唔算太淡所以食ge時候咩都無落

你用咩煮會一pat pat?? {:33:} 你加其他配料呀,唔使齋食咁單調 如果你唔食佢, 咪轉食d高纖食物,eg 菜
