僱主：「八十後」無責任感

[/url]報道)「八十後」懶惰、無責任感嗎？有團體調查發現，僱主與年輕僱員對「八十後」的看法大為不同，例如僱員認為自己勤力和愛自由，僱主卻持相反意見。團體認為兩代出現「誤解」，建議僱主應多了解「八十後」僱員的溝通方式，及多回應僱員工作表現，不要待年尾才派花紅。

[/url]聯盟委託泰田麥基以問卷訪問四百八十八人，了解「八十後」工作的特質，其中一百六十五人是僱主，大部分是「七十後」，而其餘回覆問卷的受訪者是「八十後」僱員和學生。
　　調查發現，「八十後」認為自己的特質是「有活力」、「勤力」和「愛自由」。不過「八十後」眼中的優點卻變成僱主所想的缺點，僱主認為「八十後」是「急進」、「懶惰」和「無責任感」，共同形容詞只有「自我」和「創新」。
　　年輕人自評「勤力、愛自由」
　　聯盟主席蔡惠琴認為，「八十後」創意多多，上司不難發現；至於僱主認為「八十後」懶惰和無責任感，相信是出於價值觀和習慣不同，「年輕人鍾意利用食飯時間上網、玩facebook，不等於是偷懶，只是大家生活模式不同，因此雙方應多溝通。」
　　蔡指由於「八十後」較為心急，希望完成工作後可盡快獲得僱主回應，可增加評核次數，令僱員得悉工作表現。她指，現時已有企業不會等年尾才派花紅，也有銀行業讓僱員在生日的月份多一日大假，增加僱員對公司的歸屬感。

只不過50,60年代的人窮的, 好似捱得下, 到咗80,90年代的家長環境好咗, 多咗的王子公主, 比人感覺咪差的, 唔代表無好既80或90後

其實我覺得咩年紀都有ｄ咁既人
我公司有個師奶，又係咁既人
咩事都唔重要，最重要係佢屋企
佢對仔女，佢對仔女有問題就咩公司野都要行埋一邊
話知你有幾大問題喇，都要等
有幾次等到個客都走埋．．．
我唔係唔認同佢重視家庭
而係佢明明出緊公司糧　，　果陣又係辦公時間
既然佢咁鍾意家庭，點解唔直接唔做返屋企湊仔呢　？
因為佢既”唔理”，所以公司有損失不單止
其他同事又要跟埋佢既手尾
