細個果d唔記得啦,
不過去英國讀書果d既話,
就次次都係一上機2個鐘之內同落機前既2個鐘之內派飛機餐
total機程係11-12個鐘嘛,所以中間會有8個鐘係可以訓的
不過講真,係飛機都唔會好訓得去邊..
我次次都食完野就訓,訓到3-4個鐘都好好架啦,
跟住就會睇tv,movie,睇2個鐘再試下訓咁..

我唔多搭長途機,但搭過一次去意大利,一次去英國. 來回程都訓唔到覺,只係得兩三個鐘係訓到,仲要訓得唔熟o個隻
反而短途機我會好訓d,一上機就訓著,有時連起飛都唔知. 訓到派餐就起身食,食完再訓,訓到落機

要搭一程出火車站...跟住就有2個choice,
A. 搭火車到大圍,轉馬鐵去第一城,行15-20mins
B. 搭火車到沙田,落巴士總站, 搭巴士就直到診所樓下
我諗我會揀A囉,因為B又要行去巴士總站,又會貴$12(一日)

我bf就一年返香港3次,xmas,easter同summer..
佢都覺長途機辛苦,不過佢都會返囉,因為佢知佢呀媽好掛住佢喎-0-
但係返香港會係畢業就返去架啦嘛,冇咩必要咁貴又咁遠水路咁返去...
(因為係我city去london heathrow要~3個鐘,加埋10+個鐘機,返到香港機場又要搭1個鐘車返屋企.....)
但係去歐洲旅行又唔同講法wor,可能成世人就係得果個星期係歐洲,咁就緊係咩都抵啦~!
