會填..^^ 唔填的話會怕對方問起, 你要同佢講你想保護私隠而唔填, 怕對方對自己既印象唔好或者覺得呢個人好怪...所以無計ID會填, 至於相既話, 大公司同埋好想做既工先俾, 細公司通常有冇相都無所謂 [quote]回復 justsiuyau

我宜家係hr到做parttime，其實d manager真係會睇相架。咁當然，冇相或者d相古靈精怪既都有請，但佢地in既係performer囉！ 我係我公司負責處理人事既野，
最好比埋相，有相會有返個印象係度，
當然工作能力係最重要，
但如果工作能力相若，揀個個樣較好既，
我又唔覺得係咩問題。
同埋講話資料寫D唔寫D，
唔好話人無心請你，
人地都會諗你有無心見。
後補就梗加唔好，會覺得你無準備。
反正有條例規定過左INTERVIEW之後，
落選人既資料一定要銷毀，唔可以KEEP，
