    我皮膚本身都ok既,想keep住好d,飲左皮膚係光澤d ^^因為我成日好夜訓, 有時皮膚都會干~

    我覺得幾好,但有冇用就因人而異啦, 因我平時好夜訓,雖然皮膚白,但好似冇咩光澤咁, 想皮膚好d就keep住飲囉, {:14:}

不過睇成份主要都係維他命b o個d, 同食維他命b雜丸差不多, 但價錢差好遠.....
